HR Eesti recruits for the
Albon Group training centre
Technical Assistant
We are looking for a practical and reliable person to keep the Albon Group training centre building and grounds tidy, functional and ready for the next training session. The work is flexible and needs-based — daily presence is not required.
training centre Tehnaküla tn 3, Metsaküla
Põhja-Pärnumaa Municipality
You are not here simply to be present.
Your responsibility is straightforward: whenever the training centre is needed, it must be tidy, safe and ready to use. The work covers both the building and the surrounding grounds.
What matters is noticing what needs attention and getting it done. You handle smaller issues independently. If specialist help is needed, you make sure it is flagged in time.
-
01
Preparing the training centre
Before training sessions, you carry out light cleaning, clean the floors and make sure the rooms are ready for use.
-
02
Grounds maintenance
During the season, you mow the grass and keep the area around the training centre tidy and accessible.
-
03
Snow clearing
In winter, you clear snow as needed, particularly before training sessions and to maintain access.
-
04
Minor repairs and maintenance
You handle manageable repairs involving doors, locks, lighting and other equipment.
-
05
Notice and respond
You monitor the general condition of the building and grounds, resolve smaller issues and report larger problems when necessary.
-
06
Practical support as needed
You help move materials or equipment, receive contractors when necessary and carry out other practical tasks needed to keep the centre running smoothly.
You could be a great fit if…
We are not looking for a specific degree or complicated certification. Practical thinking, independence, reliability and the ability to fix things with your own hands matter more.
You are comfortable using tools and can handle common minor repair and maintenance tasks.
You do not wait for separate instructions for every small task; you can assess the situation and take action.
You keep agreements and make sure the necessary work is completed at the right time.
You can plan your own work and operate without constant guidance or supervision.
When needed, you can schedule the work around training sessions, seasonal tasks or weather conditions.
They make it easier to reach the training centre, but they are not mandatory requirements for applying.
Work that leaves room for your own time.
Flexible work arrangement
Daily presence is not required. The work is carried out according to actual need.
Independence
You can largely plan your own work and focus on achieving a clear result.
Tools provided
The necessary tools and equipment are available. Anything missing will be purchased or rented.
Long-term cooperation
We are looking for someone we can rely on when it comes to keeping the training centre in good condition.
The workload varies throughout the year: there is more grounds maintenance in summer, winter work depends on snowfall, and the centre needs to be prepared before training sessions.
